Kim Zolciak may be late to the party as she has to make her way there from the basement of her own house.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, the 45-year-old Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum was ordered by a judge to live on the ground floor of her Georgia mansion amid her ugly divorce battle with her estranged husband Kroy Biermann.
To keep the peace while the couple still has a home together, the judge ordered Kim to stay in the basement/nanny’s quarters while the former NFL star would stay upstairs in the master bedroom.
“Neither party may enter the other party’s individually assigned room in the matrimonial home without permission,” the documents state, the outlet said.
However, Kim and Kroy are allowed to move freely around common areas such as the kitchen and living room in the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home, which they purchased for $880,000 in 2012 and is now on the market for $6 million .

The home, which was featured on the Bravo spinoff series “Don’t Be Tardy,” features 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and amenities like a swimming pool, wine cellar, arcade, and movie theater.
There has been drama surrounding the couple’s home in the past, with the property mistakenly listed for $3.2 million earlier this month.
Her home was reportedly foreclosed on in February and is scheduled to be auctioned off in March. However, Kim denied the claims and an insider told People at the time that the couple had taken “action” to resolve any issues.

In legal documents filed by Kroy in September, the former Atlanta Falcons player asked the court for permission to put the family’s Milton, Georgia, mansion on the market, saying it was near foreclosure.
The NFL alum made allegations against Kim after she called the police at their Milton, Georgia, mansion on May 4 ahead of his initial divorce filing.
The allegations about Kim’s gambling losses were seen in bodycam video from the Milton Police Department after officers responded to the home after Kim reported a domestic dispute.
During the incident, Kim told police that Kroy locked a cache of $175,000 worth of valuable items she owned – including designer handbags and jewelry – in a safe and hid the key from her.
Kroy said he believes the many items fell under the community property classification, adding of the items, “The problem is they are assets, there are none.” [other] Assets to go to.’

He also told officers that they continued to sleep in the same bed but were not engaging with each other.
In July, it was revealed that the reality TV couple had decided not to separate and had withdrawn their divorce papers from Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia. They were spotted just before attending a church together in Atlanta.
Following the second divorce filing, a source told People earlier this month that both Kim and Kroy are “still under the same roof,” but revealed that all is far from well, adding, “Right now a money war.”
Even though they were living together, the insider explained that the estranged couple is “not trying to get back together.”
During the first two months of the separation – during which both petitioned the court for sole custody of their four younger children – Kim and Kroy argued with each other in court documents.
Kim said that Kroy smoked marijuana, which made his ability to raise their children believable; while Kroy claimed that Kim’s gambling habits had consumed her time and decimated the family finances.
