Kroy Biermann has filed for divorce from Kim Zolciak again after a brief reconciliation.
Biermann, 37, filed legal documents Thursday saying the union was “irretrievably broken,” TMZ reported.
The former Atlanta Falcons player is seeking sole custody of the family’s four minor children, the outlet reported.
He’s also demanding child support, alimony and the family’s Milton, Georgia property, meaning 45-year-old Zolciak would have to vacate the premises.
Thursday’s filing represents the latest trouble for the couple, who have been hampered by major financial and relationship issues in recent months after initially splitting in May.
The Latest: Kroy Biermann, 37, has filed for divorce again from Kim Zolciak, 45, after a brief reconciliation. The couple had already separated in May and made inflammatory allegations against the other party
To raise money, Zolciak sold some of his daughter Brielle Biermann’s designer items last month, charging up to $20,000 for the high-priced items.
In May — at a time when Biermann and Zolciak had first broken up — he labeled Zolciak an “addictive behavioral addict” who squandered a staggering $1.5 million of the family’s finances on gambling.
A day before he filed for his split from the Bravo star, the Atlanta Falcons alum made allegations against the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star after he called the police at her Milton, Georgia mansion on May 4.
The allegations about Kim’s gambling losses were seen in bodycam video from the Milton Police Department after officers at the home reacted after Kim reported a domestic dispute.
The footage was obtained by RadarOnline.com after Biermann and Zolciak filed for divorce from each other after 12 years of marriage.
Biermann — who was cautious when speaking to law enforcement hoping Zolciak wouldn’t overhear him — called the Bravo personality a “narcissist of the highest caliber.”
Biermann said that Zolciak’s love of gambling has grown exponentially in recent years.
“It’s probably been like this for most of our marriage and it’s gotten significantly worse,” Biermann said of Zolciak, who was pictured at a Bitcoin ATM in Atlanta in June. “In the last two years she’s gambled away $700,000 – in the last two and a half years alone.”

He added, “The marriage total was about $1.5 million — and she’s doing it online.”
In the incident, Zolciak told police that Biermann locked a cache of $175,000 worth of valuable items she owned – including designer handbags and jewelry – in a safe and hid the key from her.
Biermann said he believed the many items fell under the classification of common property, adding of the items: “The problem is that they are assets, there aren’t any.” [other] assets to go to.’
Biermann told police the Don’t Be Tardy grad “decimated everything” with her penchant for gambling; He added that some of their gambling activities are illegal.

Zolciak and Biermann’s four children — Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kane and Kaia, nine — were home at the time of the altercation. (Biermann had adopted Zolciak’s older children from previous relationships — Brielle, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 21 — while they were minors in the couple’s earlier years.)
For the first two months of their separation — during which both were petitioning the court for sole custody of their four younger children — Zolciak and Biermann argued with each other in court documents.
Zolciak said that Biermann smoked marijuana and made it credible that he would be able to raise their children; while Biermann claimed that Zolciak’s gambling habits had cost her time and decimated family finances.
Biermann told officers they continued to sleep in the same bed but did not engage in one another.
It was revealed last month that the reality TV couple had decided not to separate and had their divorce papers withdrawn in the Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia.
