Kirsten Dunst channeled her inner hippie when she purchased an eight-pack of Recess, sparkling water with hemp and adaptogens, for $39.99 at a CBD store in Studio City on Wednesday.
Each 12-ounce can of the craft cocktail contains 10 mg of hemp-derived CBD and 15-30 calories, but absolutely no THC (the marijuana compound that gets you high).
The 41-year-old Oscar nominee, who also stopped by for coffee, wore a blue and purple tie-dye T-shirt under a brown cardigan, light blue jeans and chic white Keds shoes.
On Halloween night, Kirsten and her husband of 16 months – Killers of the Flower Moon star Jesse Plemons – donned skeleton and cowboy costumes with spooky makeup to go trick-or-treating in their neighborhood .
The Power of the Dog co-stars brought along their two-year-old son James Robert, also dressed as a skeleton, and their five-year-old son Ennis Howard.
Technically, Dunst was still with her On the Road star Garrett Hedlund when she first worked with the 35-year-old Oscar nominee on the Calgary set of FX’s Fargo in 2015.
“We fell in love creatively first,” the New Jersey-born blonde gushed to the LA Times in 2021.
“He was like a creative soul mate to me and the way we both work.” With Fargo, I knew after two weeks. I didn’t remember saying it, but one of my best friends told me that I said to her, “I’m going to know this man for the rest of my life.” I just know. ‘Just because I felt such an immediate connection.’
Kirsten’s next film – Alex Garland’s sci-fi action epic “Civil War” – will have its highly anticipated premiere at the American Film Market, running through next Sunday at Le Méridien Delfina in Santa Monica.
Dunst starred in Civil War alongside Cailee Spaeny, who personally recommended her to Sofia Coppola to play the role of Priscilla Presley in her newly released, fully authorized biopic.
“Kirsten is amazing,” the 25-year-old starlet gushed to IndieWire last month.
“She definitely put in a good word for me, which I think didn’t hurt during the casting process.” She also filmed Marie Antoinette [with Sofia] when she was 23 and I did Priscilla when I was 24. So it was, so to speak, two words that collided and the circle closed. “It was a really incredible way to get this role.”
Dunst also remains busy running the clothing company Observed By Us with illustrator Jessica Herschko, and on July 12, they officially launched their collaboration with Coach during a soirée at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood.

Meanwhile, Jesse has upcoming roles in Yorgos Lanthimos’ “AND” for Searchlight Pictures and Lesli Linka Glatter’s six-part conspiracy thriller “Zero Day” for Netflix.
“Once there’s a script or a potential project that we decide on or not, we usually just push the other person to read the script so they can give their input,” Plemons explained to EW on April 27.
“I really respect her opinion, so I’m always curious to see what she thinks.” She’s very, very smart and just has such great instincts and taste. I would say almost anything, we talk to each other.’
