Kiss, who said goodbye to fans in the Old Capital on April 2, 2019, will be back at the Videotron Center on November 19, 2023. The famous American formation will make a stop at the Bell Center the day before.
Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer have decided to postpone their departures with the extension of their worldwide farewell tour entitled End of the Road.
Kiss kick off this tour on April 12th at Arena Da Amazonia in Manaus, Brazil.
After that, the band will stop in Colombia, again in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and all over Europe until the Tønsberg concert in Norway on July 15th.
The group will then resume service in the fall with the North American portion of this world tour in Austin, Texas on October 29th, which will continue through the December 2nd and 3rd concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York.
The group will also make stops on Canadian soil in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Ottawa and Toronto.
“Kiss was born in New York. On 23rd Street. Half a century ago. It will be a privilege and honor to conclude the tour at Madison Square Garden, 10 blocks and 50 years from where we started,” the group said in a statement announcing this new series of shows.
Kiss has not released a new album, his 20th studio album Monster was released on October 9, 2012.
The masked quartet’s last visit to Montreal was on August 16, 2019 at the Bell Center. Kiss will once again be surrounded by a spectacular stage package featuring firecrackers, flames and other essentials from the “Kissian” universe.
