Just when you thought the recordings were over, Kodak Black is now throwing his opinion on Will Smith and Jada Smith’s relationship into the ring.
Kodaj took to Instagram Live over the weekend and apparently called Jada about previous remarks she made about her husband on Red Table Talk. The resurfaced 2017 interview — which resurfaced after the Oscar gossip — shows Jada opening up about her marriage to Will and how she felt pressured as a young actress and “never wanted to get married.”
“You got an***a who love you all kinds of shit,” Kodak said. “Come fuck with Kodak. That’s what you need ’cause you’re just into some bullshit. You don’t deserve Will Smith. You deserve Yak. You deserve me.”
He further elaborated on Jada’s previous relationship with hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur, who he says “wasn’t quite gangsta his whole life” and “went to drama school, all kinds of shit, dancing.” After calling Will a “sincere” man with “integrity,” Kodak insisted that the Oscar winner find himself an 18- or 22-year-old “young tenderoni” before discussing Will’s relationship with his daughter, Willow.
“Go get yourself a very different daughter, one who will praise and appreciate you,” Yak said. “Bitch you should be my daughter daddy’s girl.”
It’s very unlikely that Will would take Yak’s advice here. Right now, it’s just a few days before he finds out he won’t be able to attend the Academy Awards for another decade, a move on behalf of the Academy that has drawn much backlash from movie lovers.
After beating Chris Rock at the Oscars last month, Will now faces a punishment that many feel is unfair given what other Oscar winners like Harvey Weinstein and Roman Polanski have done off the Oscars stage. 50 Cent wasn’t a fan either.
“Damn they get Will dirty this is too hard so he can’t come back until he’s 63,” 50 tweeted this week. “And the lawsuit isn’t even over yet. SMH.”
