Kody Brown calls his estranged children “idiots” as they reveal they don’t need their father as family tensions heat up over Sister Wives

Family tensions between Kody Brown and his estranged children continued to heat up on Sunday night’s new episode of TLC’s Sister Wives.

Kody Brown was once “married” to four different women at the same time and had 18 children between all his relationships.

Now there’s only one woman left – Robyn – who he tied the knot with in 2010, although Kody said in Sunday’s new episode that he was “done” with Robyn.

He also called his children “idiots” and added that he doesn’t want to “call or talk to them” anymore.

“And that’s why I’m done with Robyn, I don’t want to talk to Robyn anymore, I’m not going to do this.” “I’m doing my own thing,” Kody said.

“And Robyn is angry that she can’t have that influence in our lives anymore because we just don’t care,” he continued.

He added that that’s what he thinks “all the siblings think” and that they think, “Robyn, take him, we don’t care.” “We’re all grown adults who don’t need a father figure anymore.”

Much of the tension between the siblings and Kody stems from a chain of texts about how to celebrate the holidays.

Janelle’s son Garrison invited his mother, siblings Gabriel and Savanah, Kody’s ex Christine and their daughter Gwendlyn to dinner as more light was shed on Kody’s behavior.

Much of the tension started over disagreements over COVID-19, with Gabriel revealing over dinner that he hadn’t spoken to Kody since the COVID-19 fallout.

“I remember him saying something like he only cares about his underage children or something like that,” Gabriel said over dinner.

Christine didn’t know about the whole Christmas text chain drama when her daughter Gwendlyn said that all the siblings wanted to do a Secret Santa Secret Santa, but Robyn put a stop to it.

“Robyn made it all about himself and pointed out that there are all these past traumas.” By the way, where does the trauma come from? “Because daddy likes them better,” she said, which all the boys agreed with.

They complained: “They complained about trauma and how we didn’t respect them as a mother and all these weird things.” “I always thought of them as my siblings and I still do. I think of her as a mother,” Gwendyln said

Meanwhile, Robyn confessed that she and her children wanted to be “accepted and loved by everyone.”

“When we got together years ago there were big problems. “I didn’t feel like I had any support from the other parents… that faded after about ten years… when Covid hit, my kids and I were excluded again and suddenly we weren’t part of their group anymore,” Robyn said .

Robyn’s daughter Aurora added that before the text chain fiasco, they learned that they had “planned to celebrate Christmas without us, without telling us anything.”
