INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup (gluten free) oatmeal

1/2 cup unsweetened or vanilla almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/4 cup coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or agave to minimize blood sugar spikes)

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (use only if non-dairy milk is unsweetened)

Overnight Oats Base:

1/2 cup (gluten free) oatmeal

1/2 cup unsweetened or vanilla almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1. Place all the ingredients for the overnight oats base in a mason jar or small bowl.

2. Stir the ingredients until combined, cover and place in the fridge overnight.

3. Add toppings in the morning and enjoy!
