Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her 44th birthday on this week’s episode of The Kardashians … when she almost revealed she’s pregnant.
The 44-year-old reality star announced at her husband Travis Barker’s Blink 182 concert in June that she is expecting their first child together.
Just a few months earlier, Kourtney, who gave Barker a racy tribute on his 48th birthday, hosted her birthday bash at a bowling alley, but some heated arguments from Khloe almost ruined the surprise.
The episode begins at the Bowlero bowling alley, where Kourtney arrives with her son Reign and many others to celebrate her 44th birthday.
Her mother Kris arrives with grandmother MJ, everyone wishes her a happy birthday, along with her stylist Chloe Degadillo, while Kourtney wears a “Birthday Girl” tiara.

“I’m turning 44. The 40s are honestly the best.” “So many amazing things have happened to me in my 40s and I’m so grateful,” Kourtney says in the confessional.
Khloe Kardashian comes and takes a photo with her older sister. Khloe adds, “I want to call this the Filthy Rich Cattle Drive.”
“I can’t wait until Khloe can join me in her 40s next year,” Kourtney adds as a confession, as Kourtney asks Khloe if they should “do something more lively” as Khloe picks her sister up and spins her around.
“Khloe, put me down,” Kourtney says, and when Khloe asks why, Kourtney replies, “Because… I’m very fragile,” to which Khloe relents.
While Kourtney doesn’t say why she’s “fragile,” the preview for next week’s episode shows Kourtney’s now-infamous June pregnancy reveal.
Kourtney was at one of her husband Travis Barker’s Blink-182 concerts when she held up a sign saying she was pregnant.
Kourtney, 44, and Kim, 43, are fresh off a bitter feud from last season that they resolved in Season 4.
The family all gathered at a Bowlero bowling alley to celebrate Kourtney’s 44th birthday when Kim revealed some hurtful insults Kourtney used in high school.
At the start of the episode, others arrive at the party, including Simon Huck, Corey Gamble, Malika Haqq and Kim Kardashian, who hugs Kourtney happy birthday and asks Kourtney to open her card as she hugs Simon.
Kourtney reads, “I’m proud to call you my sister. Hopefully that makes up for all the other things I’ve called you,” while Kim shows the front of the card to the camera and adds, “It’s not So fitting, or what?”

Kim adds, “I wasn’t sure if she would be mad at me about that card,” but Kourtney insists, “No!” Kim adds in the confessional, “One of my obsessions is looking for funny cards online .”
“This one was made for me and Kourtney,” Kim said in a joint confession with Kourtney, who added, “We all used to say the meanest things.” I used to have no feelings. I would just say, “You’re so damn cellulite!”
Kim added: “Or like in high school she was like, ‘Ew, my sister has big saggy tits, you’d hate her!’ And like with boys in school, I’d like to have them at a party and I’d literally cry walk away and say, “Bye guys.”
Kourtney turns to her sister and says, “Well, I’m sorry about the past,” while Kim quietly says, “Thank you,” placing a hand over her heart.
