The reality TV veteran skipped a top and skirt, instead showcasing her figure in a black lace bra and matching lingerie with sheer stockings. She covered up lightly with a black blazer.
The cookbook author took to social media to announce the new Runway collection from her jewelry brand Uncommon James.
Cavallari looked a bit like 64-year-old Madonna in her 1990 music video “Justify My Love,” in which she wore black lacy underwear under a coat before seducing men in a hotel room.
One fan even pointed out the resemblance, writing in the comments section, “Madonna?”
It’s been a year since the TV star – who starred in ‘The Hills’ and then ‘Very Cavallari’ – admitted she had undergone breast augmentation surgery.

She posed in the skimpy attire for a new video shared on her Instagram page, Uncommon James.
The 36-year-old looker, who lives in Nashville, Tennessee, was spotted in a white studio.
She was photographed up close and also crouched on the floor while flaunting her legs.

The star announced in October 2022 that she underwent a “breast lift” after giving birth to three children – Camden, Saylor and Jaxon – with her ex-football player Jay Cutler.
According to plasticsurger.org, a breast lift, also called a mastopexy, lifts the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour.
New statistics from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons show that breast lifts have increased 70% since 2000, outpacing breast implants by 2:1, the website added.

“A woman’s breasts often change over time, losing their youthful shape and firmness. “These changes and loss of skin elasticity can be caused by: pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuations, aging, gravity, and heredity,” the website states.
Cavallari announced in August that she had undergone a breast lift while speaking to Stephen Colletti in a very revealing question-and-answer session on Instagram.
Kristin revealed she had a breast lift after her third child when she shared a photo of herself basking in the sun in a bikini.
The star was answering questions from her followers on social media, when one asked her: “Are your boobs real?” They look amazing! (Jealous mother of two here).’
“I’ll keep it serious for you all: I got a ride after breastfeeding all three kids,” Kristin admitted after a fan asked.
The medical term for a breast life is mastopexy.

Last year, the reality TV personality launched her own skincare line, Uncommon Beauty.
