A disturbing verbal dispute between Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann is now coming into focus with the release of police bodycam footage.
Video taken at the scene of a fight in November shows Biermann yelling at the 45-year-old former “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” star and prompting officers to arrive to break up the fight.
In the footage, obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, the 38-year-old former NFL player accuses his estranged wife of being a “narcissist” and even shouts that she “fucked other men.”
The video clips provide new context for the screaming match, which was so violent that one of the couple's four youngest children called 911 for help.
A wild-eyed beer man is seen complaining about and insulting his ex while talking to a responding officer, and he appears unable to calm down even after the police arrive.
Video obtained by TMZ on Wednesday of a verbal altercation at the Georgia home of Kim Zolciak, 45, and Kroy Bierman in November shows a wild-eyed Kroy, 38, accusing his estranged wife of “fucking other men” and arguing with him police officers
The bodycam video begins with an officer arriving at the couple's home in Milton, Georgia, which they put on the market in October for $6 million in homes avoiding foreclosure.
He walks briskly and arrives in the house's garage, where Kroy can be seen leaning towards the driver's window of a white Range Rover while Kim sits inside with the lights on.
When the officer asked what was going on between the two, Biermann replied in an almost cheerful tone: “We're just arguing.”
When asked about it, he says that the argument is about “our damn lives!” while raising his hands in the air.
“It's destroyed!” He continues, waving his arms in the air again.
When the officer, sounding nervous at Kroy's tone, asked what started the argument, the former athlete blamed it on “her inability to solve problems, address them, or do anything!”
At that point, the two were standing in the middle of the driveway, near Kim's parking spot, but the officer backed away and told Biermann to follow him.
'Why?!' the angry reality star shot back, before the officer explained that he wanted them to talk it out of Zolciak.
The argument, which led to one of their youngest children calling 911, appeared to have started after Kroy allegedly blocked Kim from leaving their home because he wanted to talk about their impending divorce, which Kim reportedly wanted to call off; seen in LA in 2016
“I don't want her to start yelling at you and having a big argument,” he said, even though Kim had already been seen or heard in the bodycam footage.
Kroy took two steps forward before pointing at the Range Rover and shouting: 'This is nothing but an act! This is all a bunch of bulls***!'
He clarified that he was referring to “everything.” [Zolciak] does.'
“I won't do that!” He continued, pointing at the officer and seemingly indicating that he didn't want to bring months of disagreement to light at that moment.
“That's narcissistic behavior!” “I'm not doing that,” he added as Kim could be heard screaming inaudibly from her vehicle.
Kroy then seemed upset that the officer was even there.
'There is nothing to do! You shouldn't even be here! Who called you?' He said while waving his arms up and down.
“Your children,” the officer replied, adding that it was likely someone in the house, although he did not say which child made the call for help.
“What kid?!” Kroy responded, then added that he and Kim had been “out the whole time.”
When the officer tried to get Kroy to explain why he was getting “so heated,” he didn't turn the temperature down at all, but instead repeated, “Because our lives are destroyed!”
Then he paused for a few seconds, his eyes wide and his mouth open as he held his arms outstretched.
“What don’t you understand?!” he asked aggressively.
'There is no money! There is no house! One day we're getting divorced, the next day we're not! She fucks other men! What do you want?!' He continued to scream as his voice sounded more and more rough.
In a heated argument with an officer in the driveway, Kroy called Kim a “narcissist” and said her life had been “destroyed” because of her; Still from Don't Be Tardy
After the angry officer told him to “calm down,” Biermann shouted, “Calm down?! I don't have a damn life!”
He continued to scream and began pacing, prompting the officer to tell him to “calm down” again.
After a cut in the video, Biermann can no longer be seen, although it is unclear where he went. The officer then goes back to the Range Rover to get Kim's perspective on the night's screaming match.
“He's just been screaming at me like a crazy person for like two hours,” Kim said, beginning to cry.
“I just said I wanted a divorce, I just wanted it to be over,” she continued as she wiped her eyes with her hands.
She continued to accuse Kroy of not letting her leave “this morning,” claiming that the gate to her driveway was broken so they had to open it manually, but she said Kroy was standing in front of it, blocking her from leaving.
She added that she has “all these videos” of this alleged encounter.
Kim said she “finally got out of the gate on foot” and walked down the street “in my bathrobe,” where she screamed for help, hoping her neighbors could intervene.
She accused Kroy of following her, “screaming” in her ear and pulling on the back of her robe as she tried to leave.
“I mentally, physically and emotionally can’t take this anymore,” she told the officer while covering her face with her hands.
She said Kroy tried to prevent her children from seeing the argument by telling them to “get out of the house” when they were arguing inside, before allegedly telling them to go back into the house as soon as she tried to go outside where they were.
Kim then explained that she sat in her car with the window down because it was the “only place” she felt “safe.”
Kim sat in her car for most of the confrontation. She later claimed that Kroy blocked her from driving out the gate of her home. She claimed she fled on foot in her bathrobe, screaming for help from her neighbors while Kroy followed her; Still from Don't Be Tardy
She claimed she was talking to one of her sons through the window, but then Kroy allegedly intervened and put his arm in the way to stop her from closing the driver's side window.
But the conversation was interrupted when Zolciak asked what Biermann was doing and noted that he was “screaming.”
The officer said he was talking to another officer, but then he walked toward the spot where Biermann lost his temper again.
He ran as soon as the shouts from the front entrance of the house grew louder.
Biermann was then seen in the foyer arguing with three other officers – who were accompanied by a K-9 unit – and other vague voices could be heard in the background that sounded like they belonged to children.
“Sir, I did not give you permission to be in my house,” the “Don't Be Tardy” star said, adding, “I know my rights.”
But one of the other officers became visibly frustrated and told him to “stop talking,” explaining, “We're here for a legitimate reason… to investigate a domestic violence situation.”
Kroy tried to interject that “the person is outside,” seemingly suggesting that there might be no problem in this case, but the officer continued, “Your kids called! I need to talk to them!”
Kroy then said he could “take them outside” but again said the officers did not have the “authority” to be in his home.
Then part of the video cuts out, but the police appeared to be able to speak to the children.
Bodycam footage from another office shows him going back to talk to Kim, presumably while the others in the house were busy with Kroy.
She was now standing next to her SUV with a bottle of water and a few of her possessions on the hood while she answered a phone call.
The officer asked her side of the fight again and she quickly told the person on the other end of the line that she would call her back.
The officer reiterated that the children said she and her estranged husband had been arguing, and he said one of the male children said, “He thought he saw something.” [turn physical]before the officer said it sounded to him like Kroy was just trying to reach out his hand to separate them.
Kim didn't seem to suggest that Kroy had harmed her, but instead stuck out her arm, acting as if her ex was trying to stop her from going through the gate.
She reiterated that she had freed herself and was walking down the street in a bathrobe, which she said made her look like an “idiot.”
She claimed Kroy yelled, “I don't give a shit about the neighbors, you stupid bastard!”
“He was screaming in my ears,” she continued as she began to sob again.
Kim said Kroy had changed his mind and “no longer wanted the divorce.” She also hinted that she accused her ex of stealing her jewelry; seen on Watch What Happens Live
“He doesn't want a divorce.” “That's the problem,” Kim claimed, even though Kroy originally filed for divorce.
Although it was only briefly mentioned in the clip, the officer also appeared to be referring to a complaint that Biermann had stolen Zolciak's jewelry.
“So you all argued about the jewelry tonight?” he began, but Kim replied, “No, no, no, no, he stole the jewelry.” “I just had to let it go,” she said.
In recent weeks, the reality star has offered her luxury clothing and accessories for sale to her Instagram fans for hundreds of dollars apiece and even listed some of Biermann's designer sneakers. However, it is unclear whether she tried to sell jewelry on Instagram.
Kim claimed the argument started earlier that morning when Kroy allegedly told her, “This is your last chance to talk.”
“I said, 'I don't want to have a conversation,'” she continued. “I just want a divorce. I don't want to do this, just leave me alone.”'
She then clarified to the officer that it was Kroy who allegedly “didn’t want the divorce.”
Kim's voice began to crack as she recounted how disturbing she found Kroy's alleged personality change.
“This person I’m dealing with right now is not the same person I married,” she said through tears. “That’s why it was hard for me to make a decision because it’s so sad.”
A final bodycam clip showed Kroy back on the driveway, which was noticeably darker without the illumination of Kim's headlights.
He still sounded agitated as he spoke to one of the officers about what he had been arguing about about invading his home, but he was noticeably more subdued than at the height of the confrontation and lowered his voice.
Kroy wouldn't say what sparked the argument, claiming it was sparked by “nothing” and reiterating that it was a “verbal argument.”

The officer tried to question him about whether he followed Kim from room to room during their argument, but Kroy didn't seem to give information lightly.
“Listen, no lines were crossed,” the official said, explaining that he was only trying to get statements about the investigation, apparently trying to get Biermann to be less defensive.
'There is no reason! “You don’t even have to be here,” Biermann replied. “This is a trauma drama!”
The officer continued, “I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this -“
“The reason is that there was a verbal argument. That's it. “There’s nothing to find out,” Kroy interrupted.
The two began arguing and the officer told Biermann to stop interrupting before the video paused again.
As it continues, the officer operating the body camera says he can't reach the football player now that he's further away, so Kroy yells that only “about 10 percent of what.” [Kim] says it actually happened, if that's the case.'
Then the previous officer with whom Kroy had argued told him that Zolciak was entering the house.
“She's going to grab a few things, she's going to get in her car and she's going to leave,” he informed Biermann.
He said Kim said she wouldn't be back that night, although the officer also apparently alluded to a previous visit to the house that “didn't go well.”
“Let it be, okay?” he said to Kroy.
“Sure,” the athlete replied dejectedly as the video seemed to end.
It was previously reported that Kim and Kroy had an “extremely loud” verbal argument that scared one of the young children so much that he called 911, although officials did not say who called
It's not clear which of her children called for help, but sources said it was one of her four younger children, which would exclude Kim's older children Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22, both of whom are from previous relationships.
The ex-partners also share sons KJ, 12; Kash, 11; and fraternal twins Kane and Kaia, nine, one of whom reportedly called police.
The shocking incident, which appears to be just one of several instances in which Kim and Kroy have been visited by police since their messy split began, came just over a week after they put their differences aside for a celebratory anniversary dinner.
Law enforcement sources previously told TMZ that three police officers and a supervisor stopped by the estranged couple's home, where a judge had ordered them to sleep on separate floors.
They said Kim and Kroy got into an “extremely loud” verbal argument that apparently frightened one of the children so much that they called and asked for help breaking up the argument.
However, the police were able to overpower the two for the night.
Kim previously called police to their home – which they plan to sell for $6 million to pay off their mounting debts – after Kroy locked himself in the couple's bedroom and allegedly refused entry to his estranged wife.
When police arrived, Kroy – who refused to show his face behind the bedroom door – handed Kim's medication and some cosmetics, as well as a comforter.
Kroy had barricaded himself in the bedroom again at the end of September when Kim called the police again.
She said the soccer player took both of her cell phones in the bedroom and refused to give them back to her.
Police eventually got him to hand over the phones, and Kim slept in a separate bedroom with a locked door to ensure privacy.
The latest incident appears to be something of an escalation, as one of the adults had previously called the police on previous visits, but now one of their young children intervened.
The children were at home during previous police visits, although Kim claimed they were asleep during the September visit because of the allegedly stolen cellphones.
A judge had previously ordered Kim to live in the basement suite of her home while Kroy was allowed to stay in the master bedroom.
The agreement was probably intended to give them privacy and reduce arguments, although both are allowed to be in the common areas of their home, including the living room and kitchen.
Getting in touch: In addition to Kim's older daughters Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22, she and Kroy share sons KJ, 12; Kash, 11; and fraternal twins Kane and Kaia, nine, one of whom reportedly called police
To put it mildly: According to the sources, three police officers and a supervisor stopped by the estranged couple's home. They managed to subdue them for the night
They're doing their best: Despite the tension between the couple and their apparent lack of resources, they reunited for a lavish pasta and seafood dinner on their anniversary in early November
The reality star has given mixed signals about the status of her marriage. In between police visits, she and Kroy put on a happy face to celebrate their anniversary with a fancy dinner in early November, and she even added her married name back to her Instagram account despite her ongoing divorce.
Last week, Kim even quelled concerns about her selling her designer clothes and accessories to pay off her hefty debts.
After a fan asked on Instagram if she was trying to raise money, she claimed she just had too many things and was trying to cut back.
Nevertheless, the financial challenges for both of them have become ever greater. While they wait to see if their expensive home will be sold, a judge ordered them to pay $230,000 from a lawsuit over unpaid credit card bills, and Kroy was also ordered to give up his Rolls-Royce after he gave up the $5,000 Dollar had no longer earned monthly payments for more than a year.
