- The European Commission proposed on Wednesday to work on the creation of a special court to judge the “crimes of Russia” in Ukraine and solutions for mobilizing frozen Russian assets to rebuild the country. “This is exactly what we have been proposing for a long time,” said Ukrainian Presidency Chief of Staff Andriy Yermak.
