Kyle is the latest member of the family to get into legal trouble as his parents, Todd and Julie, are currently spending time in Florida over a scam scheme.

Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison and Julie to seven, with a 16-month probation period for both after their release.

Todd is father to Kyle and daughter Lindsie, 33, with his ex-wife Teresa Terry, and father to sons Chase, 26, and Grayson, 16, and daughter Savannah, 25, with Julie.

Amid Kyle’s struggles with addiction and bipolar disorder in 2016, Todd and Julie were given full custody of his daughter with Angela Johnson, Chloe.

Savannah said before the sentencing that she now has custody of Grayson and Chloe.

Kyle and Todd had a strained relationship over the years after taking Chloe into custody, according to the outlet – but have since been seen burying the hatchet.

The aggravated assault charges come just months after Todd and Julie Chrisley started their sentences.

They also used a production company to hide earnings from the IRS, attorneys argued.

After her sentencing, Kyle took to social media and posted a Bible verse about not judging others.

It read: “Judge not, or you too will be judged. For as you judge others, you will be judged, and the measure you apply will be measured against you.

“Who do you look at the sawdust in your brother’s eye and ignore the board in your own eye?”
