Kyle Richards AGAIN denies she uses diabetes drug Ozempic to help her lose weight

Kyle Richards has celebrated her new weight loss, but she constantly denies she used Ozempic to get her leaner physique.

The 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has shown off her slimmer physique in new Instagram snaps, with many fans commenting that she must have been using Ozempic, a diabetes drug that leads to weight loss, to achieve those results .

She released another shot on Tuesday, which showed her lying on a sun lounger in a skimpy bikini.

Richards was a guest on the Two T’s In a Pod podcast with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge, where she revealed her weight loss secrets.

“After gaining weight over the summer – July 15 – after getting off the boat I said, ‘This is it. I have no sugar, no carbs, no alcohol,” Richards explained.

“A lot of people think I took Ozempic. To be clear, I’ve never taken Ozempic,” she clarified.

She added that she also doesn’t take Mounjaro, another diabetes medication, or “any of the shots” like Wegovy or Saxenda.

Richards explained that initially she only planned to cut back on sugar, carbs and alcohol for “maybe two or three weeks,” but she went ahead when she saw the benefits.

“I started losing weight and I felt so good. I thought, “Why should I bring that up?” Richards shared.

“So I still haven’t had any alcohol at all, and you know, I’ll have a slice of birthday cake here and there, but that’s it,” she clarified.

She also addressed rumors that she had to undergo surgery to lose weight, revealing that she only went under the knife once for a breast reduction.

“I had a breast reduction. I wanted a tummy tuck because of four babies’ skin, the excess skin,” she added.

“Because no matter how much you exercise, you’re always going to have that skin unless it’s removed,” Richards continued.

She posted a sparkling bikini snap earlier Tuesday and also posted a comment giving more details on her nutritional plan.

“NO alcohol, bread, pasta, sugar. I eat protein, fruits and vegetables. Now that I’m at the weight I want to be, I’ll eat a small amount of pasta etc. every once in a while. But no alcohol since July 15,” she confirmed.

“I train every day. Chasing between running, biking, hiking and yoga. Weights & stomach every day,” she added.
