Kyle Richards reveals her slim body is the result of ‘painful times’ during split from Mauricio Umansky: ‘You have to find an outlet’

Kyle Richards shared that her slim body is the result of “painful times” in her life, including her marital problems with Mauricio Umansky.

The 54-year-old reality TV star opened up about her body on the Season 13 premiere of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, where the 53-year-old real estate mogul praised her for looking “gorgeous.”

But in her confessional, Kyle, who announced her split from Mauricio in July after 27 years of marriage, revealed that she had been going through a tough time: “When you go through painful times in your life, it changes you as a person.”‘

Paris Hilton’s aunt shared that in addition to struggling with her strained relationship with sister Kathy Hilton and other friends, she also “felt disconnected from my husband.”

“You have to find an outlet,” she said of her expanded fitness regimen. “I feel good about it and I hope so.” [Mauricio] It does too, because here I am.’

Candid: The 54-year-old reality TV star opened up about her body on the Season 13 premiere of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, where the 53-year-old real estate mogul praised her for looking “stunning.”

The pair sat together and chatted about their relationship, admitting they had had a “challenging year together”.

“He worked non-stop, I worked,” Kyle shared in her confessional.

“If you have to set up a meeting to go over your schedule, you know it’s a problem.”

Umansky then praised Kyle’s physical transformation: “You’re training like a beast right now, you’re eating well, you’re not drinking, like you’re changing your life.”

Kyle thanked him, but Mauricio then noticed an ankle tattoo and laughed while asking, “How many tattoos do you currently have?”

“Five,” Kyle replied.

She then showed Mauricio her five tattoos on her wrist, forearm, ankle, heel and ribcage.

“I only knew about three,” Mauricio said.

“Well, maybe you should take a closer look at my body,” Kyle told him.

“This is clearly a big symptom of not spending time together.” “Years ago he would have noticed a freckle on my body, and now he doesn’t know that I still have two tattoos,” Kyle said in a confessional.

The couple then got into a bit of an argument when Mauricio declared she had enough tattoos while Kyle made it clear she would get more.

Kyle admitted in a confessional that she was upset in her marriage.

Mauricio told Kyle that she didn’t have to become a “rebellious person.”

“Listen, I’m completely clear right now. I don’t rebel. “I’m just very clear,” Kyle said.

In May, Richards denied taking the weight-loss drug Ozempic despite her dramatic physical change over the last year.

“I can say that I have never tried it and never taken it,” the mother of four told Page Six.

“I don’t take any weight loss medication. If you know me, you know that I have terrible fears that would scare me to death. I’ve never taken it.’

It was her alleged lesbian lover Morgan Wade who introduced the Hollywood-born socialite to Gregory, who included her in his “cardio SHREDZ plan.”

The two had ended last season on a bad note after Lisa Rinna accused Hilton of bad-mouthing the entire cast, including Kyle, after which both Kathy and Lisa left the show.

And it seems not much has changed since then.

During a wellness retreat with the other women, Kyle expressed her displeasure, saying she didn’t feel supported by them at the last meeting.

When Garcelle Beauvais asked why Kyle didn’t confront Rinna at the time, she replied that she didn’t want to seem like she was defending her sister.

“There comes a time when you say enough.” I’m not a punching bag. “I didn’t feel like defending someone who repeatedly hurt me, so I kept my mouth shut,” she shared.

She also added in a confessional, “I have had so many incidents where my sister would call me and lose her temper.” When the phone rings and her name comes up, I panic. It touches me like a child.’

Mistreated: Kyle also revealed that she met Kathy at co-star Sutton Stracke’s Christmas party. “It was fine, polite, but I’m at a point now where I won’t be mistreated by anyone.”

Standing up for yourself: “It took me so long to be like, ‘I’m not going to let you keep treating me like this,'” she said of her relationship with Kathy

Kyle also revealed that she met Kathy at co-star Sutton Stracke’s Christmas party. “It was fine, polite, but I’m at a point now where I won’t be mistreated by anyone,” Richards shared.

“I didn’t deserve what she said about me.” I didn’t do anything to deserve that. I said, “You know what, enough is enough.”

She added that her sister was “used to a lot of people who let her behave in certain ways with impunity.”

“Growing up as a little sister, I allowed that to happen because I didn’t open my mouth to my big sister.” It took me so long to think, “I’m not going to let you keep treating me like that. “
