The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently clapped back at fans who accused her of using unnatural means to achieve a slimmer body.
Specifically, internet trolls accused the reality star of using Ozempic – a type 2 diabetes treatment used off-label as a weight-loss drug.
The speculation was sparked after Richards uploaded a stunning bikini selfie to her Instagram.

In the comments section of a Page Six Instagram post that linked to a story about her tattered figure, Kathy Hilton’s younger sister replied to a user who wrote, “I think it’s a lot of visits to the plastic surgeon.”
“I’ve never tried Ozempic and it doesn’t come from plastic surgery,” Richards replied.
The “Halloween Ends” actress admitted she had a breast reduction but dismissed all other claims that she did anything other than work hard to get the figure she’s been flaunting lately .
“I had a breast reduction in May. I’m honest in what I do. But if plastic surgery makes you feel any better then fuck off sis,” she added.
Under the same post, another user simply commented, “Ozempic?”
Richards wrote: “I do NOT take Ozempic. Never have.’
