Kylie Jenner admitted “postpartum was a tough one” in a candid talk about her mental, physical and spiritual health she shared with her 300 million Instagram followers on Tuesday morning.

The 24-year-old makeup artist looked refreshed as she focused on counting her steps while walking on the treadmill just six weeks after giving birth to son Wolf Webster.

Jenner is slowly returning to social media following a hiatus following Wolf’s birth on Feb. 2 and ahead of her family’s big return to TV with The Kardashians premiered on Hulu on April 14.

Kylie took a moment during her workout to chat with her fans about the realities of dealing with mental health after giving birth.

“I just want to tell my postpartum moms that postpartum has been tough. It was not easy, it is very hard,” she said in her stories. “This experience for me personally was a little more difficult than with my daughter.”

Kylie also has a four-year-old daughter, Stormi, with boyfriend Travis Scott.

She added: “It’s not easy mentally, physically, spiritually… it’s just crazy. I didn’t want to just go back to life without saying it because I think we can look online and for other moms who are going through this right now we can go online and it might look a lot easier for other people and Type, pressure on us, but it was not easy for me.

“This was hard. And I just wanted to say it. I didn’t even think I’d be able to work out today, but I’m here and feeling better, so here’s the thing.

“And it’s okay that things aren’t okay,” she said. “Once I figured that out, I started putting some pressure on myself and I just keep reminding myself that I have become a complete person.

“A beautiful healthy boy and we have to stop putting pressure on ourselves to come back – even physically, only mentally after birth. So, I’m just sending some love. I love you, guys.’

Kylie announced the baby on Instagram and waited a few days before revealing in a follow-up post that her son’s name is Wolf Webster.

The new Hulu show is set to air on April 14 and will explore sister Kim’s divorce from her six-year-old husband Kanye West, as well as Khloe’s struggles with Tristan Thompson’s paternity drama after it was revealed that he fathered a child while while they were still in a relationship.

The famous San Fernando Valley family rose to fame by starring in Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which first debuted on E! network in 2007 and ended in 2021 after 14 years and 20 seasons.
