The stunning beauty stepped out of her Lamborghini Urus carrying a pair of knee-high black leather thong boots and a small clutch.
She left her signature brunette locks long and loose, opted for minimal makeup and let her natural beauty take center stage.
The appearance came after Kylie's boyfriend Yris Palmer said the reality star had not used Ozempic to lose weight.

Responding to rumors that Kylie was using Ozempic, Yris addressed the speculation in the comments section under her latest TikTok video.
Fans noticed that the Kardashians star looked noticeably slimmer when a TikTok user's comment echoed the popular sentiment, reading: “Oxempy.” [sic] works over time.'
Palmer dismissed the comment with a gracious response praising Jenner's figure: “Actually my friend is back to her pre-baby weight and looks amazing.”
She appeared to refute the Ozempic speculation by claiming that Jenner had simply returned to the weight she was before having children and had not gotten thinner.
In the two years since she gave birth to her second child, son Aire, Jenner has regularly shared photos and videos showing her working out at the gym.
However, numerous social media users remain unconvinced that diet and exercise are the only factors affecting Jenner's physique, especially considering that her famous sisters Kim and Khloe have also come under fire for alleged Ozempic use .
The Kylie Cosmetics founder is a young mother of two, both of whom she shares with her ex-partner, rapper Travis Scott.
The ex-couple share a six-year-old daughter named Stormi and a son named Aire, who were born just over two years ago, in early February 2022.
