According to the Montreal City Police Service (SPVM), the event in question occurred on October 24 between 8 and 9 p.m. in the area of Duff Court Street.
A person whose composite portrait was released Tuesday then “grabbed his victim and made sexual gestures before touching him,” police report.
At the time of the incident, the victim managed to escape by seeking refuge in a nearby residence.
According to a police description provided to the media, the wanted suspect is a white man in his early twenties and around 1.7 meters tall. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
At the time of the crime, the man was wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants, black shoes and a gold chain with small links.
A mobile command post will be stationed near the intersection of Duff Court and Esther-Blondin streets between 1 and 8 p.m. on Wednesday. The police therefore want to “try to find potential witnesses who could have information about identifying the suspect.”
