Emmett has since denied the FBI was investigating him, dismissing the claims as “breaking culture.”

After news of the alleged investigation broke last week, fans questioned why the filmmaker had “custodial custody” of his youngest child.

Kent – who previously accused her ex of infidelity and abuse – replied to an Instagram user, “If you hadn’t delved into the family court system, you wouldn’t understand.”

Emmett has firmly denied Kent’s claim that he “attacked” her during an argument when she confronted him about allegations that he had been unfaithful to her.

Emmett is also father to daughters London, 12, and Rylee, 9, who he shares with ex-wife Ambyr Childers, 34.

Childers is currently seeking “sole legal and physical custody” of the girls “for various reasons.”

The embattled producer slammed the allegations against him in a defiant Instagram video he uploaded on Thursday.

His post came on the day it was revealed his ex-wife Ambyr was granted a restraining order against him last month.

In a filing late last month, Childers claimed the FBI contacted her to inquire about Emmett’s “alleged child exploitation and pedophilia activities.”

However, in his new Instagram video, Emmett dismissed the allegations as “breaking culture” and claimed he received “confirmation” that “the FBI never investigated me and they’re not investigating me because there’s nothing to investigate.” .

“Happy Friday,” he began his new video this Thursday. “I got to a point where I felt like I needed to come in here and say something that is actually the truth compared to the last 11, 12, 14 months that things have been said about me. Everything under the sun you know – narcissist, cheater.”

Emmett explained, “But at the end of the day, you know, I took Main Street because I have three beautiful girls that I didn’t want out there. I didn’t want to have to do this. But at this point, you know, the lies have been stretched so far.’

He claimed, “We spent today trying to get confirmation because we knew that was not true, that the FBI has never investigated me and is not investigating me because there is nothing to investigate.”

Emmett, whose producer credits include The Irishman, argued that “unfortunately in this culture you can just say whatever you want and then it’ll be written about and then, you know, in this Cancel culture, that’s passed as ‘truth “viewed.”

He claimed: “I’ve been a father for a long time, I have custody of all my children and I have custody of all my children because I’m a good father and a good person. And at the end of the day, you know, that’s the most important thing.”

Emmett concluded, “No matter what happens, at the end of my life I will look my three daughters in the face and they will know that their father was a great father.”

Nearly two months after she first applied for a restraining order against her ex-husband, Childers was finally granted one three days before Christmas.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Emmett was ordered to stay 100 yards from Childers, to whom he was married for eight years from 2009 to 2017.

He was also banned from contacting Childers unless it was for a “brief and peaceful interaction” over visits to London and Rylee.

Childers’ initial request for a domestic violence restraining order was denied due to a lack of evidence, although she filed a new request – after what she claims was contacted by the FBI.

She claimed in the request filed in late December that she was contacted on December 6 by the office, who questioned her about Emmett’s “alleged child exploitation and pedophilia activities.”

She said in the statement that the FBI’s call caused “extreme destruction and disruption.” [her] emotional calm and peace of mind.’

She added that she was concerned because her daughters were “often alone” with their father.

Childers went on to plead that she did not want to “take the risk” of her children being with Emmett if “federal law enforcement issued either an arrest warrant or a search warrant on him or on his premises.”

The Los Angeles Times also reported that they spoke to three other people who claimed the FBI contacted them about Emmett’s activities.

While Childer’s request for a restraining order has been granted, a hearing for her domestic violence restraining order will be held on January 12.
