This is the fast life! Images revealed for supercar maker Lamborghini’s stunning Costa del Sol villa complex (with prices starting at £3m)
Renderings have been unveiled for a stunning new €282m (£242m/$307m) Lamborghini residential project comprising 53 luxury villas, just steps from Marbella, Spain.
The pictures show how the Tierra Viva complex offers heavenly villas with dreamlike infinity pools on a hillside on the Costa del Sol.
The exclusive estate in the hilltop village of Benahavis will include villas in three configurations: a six bedroom option called Diamante, a five bedroom option called Zafiro and a four bedroom option called Esmeralda.
Prices start at €3,604,932 (£3,097,303/$3,927,032) and the project is expected to be completed in June 2026, according to sales agency Jason Callow Homes.
Each property has two outdoor pools and ‘flowering’ gardens, and each house is at a different elevation to ensure ‘unobstructed panoramic views’ of the sea.

They also offer direct car access and multiple terraces, all with “polished” marble floors and “fine” leather and glass touches, according to developer Dar Global.
The complex will also have two gatehouses and 24/7 ‘premium’ security in the ‘ultra-exclusive’ area, just eight minutes drive from Marbella – or possibly less by Lamborghini.
Described by Dar Global as an “architectural gem,” the gated community is inspired by “the iconic design of Automobili Lamborghini,” the developer said.
Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Lamborghini, said: “This partnership represents the fusion of Lamborghini’s luxury supercar essence and Dar Global’s real estate expertise.”
“Tierra Viva embodies the essence and power of Lamborghini and its unrestrained nature, interpreted in an architectural masterpiece.”

Lamborghini isn’t the first supercar manufacturer to develop a keen interest in architecture: Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti and Porsche are all venturing into the real estate business.
Aston Martin designed a 391-home apartment block in downtown Miami, followed by a $7.7 million luxury home in a 55-acre private forest in New York’s Hudson Valley.
Also in Miami, Porsche opened its 60-story waterfront Porsche Design Tower, complete with three car elevators, and Bentley is building the Bentley Residences Miami, which is scheduled for completion in 2026.
