“And I will watch from a box until it is time for my triumphant entry,” he warns.
Agatha makes a deal with Emengarda: she asks her to keep an open ear to find out Irene’s next meeting with the geologist.
“If you hear any agreement between Irene and Vinícius regarding arranging a meeting, let me know immediately. Are we clear?”
Furthermore, Emmy promises that she will leave town after the ambush:
“At least at the moment, it’s not good to have someone in town who knows so much about my past,” explains Agatha.
