Sabrina reportedly complained about showing bosses about her co-star Tok Stephen, using a snap of her as his WhatsApp profile picture.
The 23-year-old actor, who plays Cedric “Charley” Charlton, will appear in series two despite tensions on set that led to his co-star Sabrina leaving the show.
The Sun claimed Tok used the image after Sabrina took a selfie on his phone, and the actress is said to have complained to supervisors because she was “unwell”.
A show insider told the publication: “He insisted he only did it as a joke, but she complained about his behavior. From that point on there was a real tension between the two.”
An ITV representative declined to comment to MailOnline at the time. MailOnline also contacted representatives of Tok and Sabrina at the time for comment.

Last week, The Mail On Sunday revealed that Sabrina had opted not to return to The Larkins after complaining to ITV bosses about Tok’s behaviour.
The Mail on Sunday was told the channel had launched an investigation into the allegation, but yesterday ITV refused to confirm or deny the fact.
A member of the Larkins team said: “Tok is back but we are saddened and surprised that Sabrina is not.
“We all assumed that if Sabrina stopped, Tok wouldn’t come back. Last we heard there was a new duo playing Mariette and Charley.
“Sabrina loved the show. It is a great shame that she has decided to leave.’
It was understood Tok wasn’t on set yet and it’s unclear when he will be as most of his scenes would have to be filmed with Sabrina’s replacement.
