Two Las Vegas GOP councilwomen, including a Trump-backed nominee for Nevada state treasurer, have been reprimanded over a town hall argument captured in video that has since been deleted.
Victoria Seaman and Michele Fiore both allegedly violated the city’s code of conduct for the fight, with Seaman claiming that Fiore broke her finger and tried to throw her to the ground. Fiore denies the claims.
A 61-page report details the riot that took place on January 11, 2021 and has since spurred Seaman to sue Fiore, her Republican representative.
Both Seaman and Fiore previously served together in the Nevada State Assembly, while the Vegas City Council is a bipartisan body, Fiore is the Republican nominee for Nevada Treasurer.
Fiore decided to give up a run for governor to run for state treasurer instead after speaking with former President Donald Trump’s team in March.

Although the video was captured by surveillance cameras and shown to both combatants, it was later deleted after the city determined that media requests to see it did not merit its release.
The report attempted to determine the veracity of Seaman’s claims and whether the video was deleted in a cover-up.
According to 8 News Now, Seaman’s claims were found to be unsubstantiated and both women were in violation of the code of conduct.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Seaman and Fiore used to be friends, but Fiore’s rise to minor national fame caused her to become distant.
She said that Fiore had become “offensive and increasingly hostile” and believed Fiore would “say anything to intimidate her,” but the investigator found no evidence of this, although the report notes “tensions between the two women.”

Seaman said that Fiore became “offensive and increasingly hostile” and believed Fiore would say “everything she could to intimidate her,” but the investigator found no evidence of this, although the report notes “tensions between the two women.”
According to Seaman’s claims, Fiore attacked her “like an animal,” but Fiore denies this, claiming that Seaman kicked her in the shin and said that she only then pulled Seaman’s hair to get her to the ground.
The report states, “Although Councilwoman Seaman alleges that Councilwoman Fiore initiated and escalated the altercation, the evidence supports that she is the one who initiated and escalated the altercation and altercation,” noting that Seaman did not have a police report submitted.
The report states that Seaman, Fiore and other city guides viewed the video and then saved it to a flash drive.
They add that “the evidence does not support a cover-up” and claim that there were no outstanding public record requests when the video was deleted. You notice that an attempt was made to save the video but it failed.
Finally, the report said that it didn’t matter who started the fight, both violated the city’s code of conduct.
Seaman tweeted a statement, which read: “The report was 100 percent rubbish. Think about it; They let the city of Las Vegas investigate themselves. It’s like a bank robber investigating the robbery. The city must clean up and present videos that have mysteriously disappeared. where is the video Who is hiding from what? Pending full transparency in the city of LV, our legal team will continue. Let’s put everyone under oath and let the courts decide.’

Fiore came out with guns blazing in a statement, saying: “The same Liberal Republicans who backed Michele’s main opponent are now doing everything they can to stop her from winning this election and returning Nevada to a state of financial common sense . This will be no more successful than in the primary, where she won by the largest margin of any candidate. We look forward to the truth coming out as soon as possible.’
She exploded on the broader political stage with an ad of her blowing up beer bottles in her failed campaign for the GOP gubernatorial nomination.
She also previously spoke out for the Proud Boys militia and starred in a low-budget film before running for office.
In the video, Fiore emerges from a pickup truck with a Trump 2024 bumper sticker and then promotes her gun and her status as a Washington outsider who was an early supporter of former President Donald Trump.
The campaign commercial isn’t the first time Fiore has used guns to promote himself. In 2015, she sent a Christmas card from her family of pistols and semi-automatics, including her five-year-old grandson Jake, who held a Walther p22.
She defended the image, saying: “If you look very closely you will see his finger is not on the trigger.
“This five-year-old grandson of mine has total trigger control.
“I think giving and receiving firearms is a great gift and I think because Christmas is a family affair our ultimate responsibility is to protect our family and make sure they are safe.”

Before her forays into politics, Fiore dabbled in the entertainment business.
Fiore co-wrote, produced (with second husband Nat Kaime) and starred in a low-budget semi-autobiographical film called Siren.
Fiore played the role of Storm Fagan, a wife and mother who decides to fulfill her lifelong dream of making it big as a rock singer. She told reporters she gained 20 pounds for the role and lost 30 pounds during filming.
“She seems like your average overweight middle-aged woman and mother, except her dream of being a rock star still weighs heavily on her soul,” reads the film’s 2006 IMDB description. “They” say that she can’t, watch her transform and overcome life’s brutal obstacles to make her dream a reality.”
The film was a flop, with Fiore calling himself a “Sundance rejection” as a screening at the festival only drew 12 people.

Fiore was born in Brooklyn to a Kennedy-era liberal, lesbian mother who raised her in equality parades in the late 1970s. Her uncles were NYPD officers who taught her how to fire a gun.
Her bio says that she still cares for her mother Lili.
Married and divorced twice, she married her first husband, Timothy Johnson, at age 16 and had their first daughter at age 19 while living at a US naval base in Guantanamo Bay.
Fiore has two daughters, Sheena and Savanah, who she says are both married to first responders David and Kyle. Between the two daughters, she has seven grandchildren, Jake 10 years old; twins Morrigan & Mara 7; Jayden 7; Jema 3; Jackson 2 years and infant Jetson.
Her second marriage to Nat Kaime, with whom she ran a healthcare business, helped inspire her conservative leanings, as he regularly listened to Rush Limbaugh.
Fiore eventually began to volunteer and run for Congress. During the Tea Party riots in 2010, casino mogul Steve Wynn encouraged them to run for the House of Representatives. She finished second in an eight-person primary.
