Lashana Lynch struggled to squeeze her billowing fuchsia dress into the trunk of her waiting car as she exited the Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards in London on Thursday night.
The 34-year-old actress earlier wowed on the red carpet in the statement dress with a fuchsia turtleneck that fanned out into an incredible statement skirt – although she later swapped her towering heels for purple slippers.
But while the star dazzled in front of the cameras, she had a bit of a problem when it came time to go home, as she struggled slightly to fit the folds of the pink fabric into the car.

However, she persevered and managed to tuck herself into the vehicle before driving off.
Kicking off the ceremony, which celebrates female achievement, was the dramatic ruffled number, which she paired with a pair of stunning statement heeled shoes.
The 007 actress styled her cropped locks and opted for a very glamorous makeup palette, including a shimmery eye look and a nude lip.

She completed the look with a pair of jewelry from Moussaieff Jewelers.
Lynch’s breakthrough came in 2019 when she played Maria Rambeau in the Marvel adventure Captain Marvel alongside Brie Larson.
She would star in The Intergalactic Adventures of Max Cloud in 2020 and the James Bond blockbuster No Time To Die in 2021.
She also starred in last year’s Ear For an Eye with David Gyasi ahead of a big year in 2022.

She returned to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in this year’s blockbuster Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, playing the new Captain Marvel in an alternate universe.
Lynch currently stars as Izogie in the critically acclaimed drama The Woman King.
She will next be seen as Miss Honey in Netflix’s Matilda The Musical, which debuts on Christmas Day.
