The girlfriend of the late Oregon football star Spencer Webb has attacked his family after she expressed doubts about the paternity of the child she claims he fathered.
Instagram influencer Kelly Kay, who announced she was pregnant with Webb’s child a month after Webb’s death in July 2022, said she was “so tired of the hate” as her paternity battle with his family rages on.
“People obviously don’t know what they’re talking about,” she said in a video to her 800,000 Instagram followers. “Obviously it’s his kid. You can look at him and realize it’s his child.”
Two months after giving birth to their son “Spider Webb,” Kay said she ordered a DNA test to prove paternity and now plans to release the results to prove the NFL contender is the father of her child is.

Her comments come after Webb’s family said in a statement to the Sacramento Bee that they “have doubts and concerns about the paternity of this child for a variety of reasons.”
In an Instagram post after Webb’s death, Kay called the soccer star “the love of my life.” But his family questioned their relationship, claiming they only met him six days before his death.
“In the first few hours after Spencer’s death and just days after they met, Kelly began discussing the possibility of pregnancy,” the family said.
The NFL prospect’s relatives also claimed that Kay, whose real name is Kelly Green, “did not compromise on the way the DNA test was collected.”
Just a month after Webb tragically died in a horrific climbing accident in Oregon last year, Kay announced she was pregnant with his child.
And in an apparent reaction to the family’s comments, Kay addressed the allegations, saying, “There are two sides to every story and there’s a lot of family drama that I don’t even need to mention.”
“It’s nobody’s business and I’m not trying to publicize the family drama surrounding my dead baby daddy.”

The model said that thanks to an “amazing” relationship with Webb’s mother and sisters, she was able to work with an attorney to get a legal DNA test for her son.
She said she intends to share the results of the test once it’s released.
