According to NYyimby.com, the affordable housing lottery for 1120 St. Johns Place, a seven-story apartment building in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, on the corner of Kingston Avenue.

Designed by Greenberg Farrow and developed by Complete Development Inc., the structure includes 75 residences. NYC Housing Connect has 23 apartments available for residents with an income of 130 percent of the area’s median income (AMI) with eligible incomes ranging from $61,715 to $167,570.

Facilities include a gym, elevator, shared laundry, Wi-Fi in common areas, children’s playroom, storage room and rooftop terrace. The apartments are equipped with high-speed Internet access, energy-saving appliances, air conditioning, as well as branded appliances and finishes.

At 130 percent AMI, there are six studios with monthly rents of $1,800 with revenues ranging from $61,715 to $124,150; 11 one-room units with monthly rent of $2,250 for incomes between $77,143 and $139,620; three bedrooms with two bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,550 with incomes ranging from $87,429 to $167,570; and three two-bedroom units with a monthly rent of $2,650 for $90,858–$167,570.

Prospective tenants must meet income and family size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be mailed or submitted online no later than May 19, 2022.
