Laura Anderson proudly showed off her post-baby figure on Wednesday as she shared a video of herself in the mirror and talked about her recovery following the birth of her daughter.
The former Love Island star, 32, gave birth to a baby girl, Bonnie Rose, earlier this month, who she shares with her on/off boyfriend Gary Lucy.
She wore a black bra and gray cycling shorts as she turned to the side to show off her body before pulling her bra down to reveal she had cabbage leaves covering her breasts.
She wrote about the clip: “I just wanted to share this with my friends and family but who cares? This is my body’s 12th day postpartum.
“I’m actually feeling good today.” (I swear it’s the fake tan) I’m starting pelvic floor exercises tomorrow to get the abs back together, but today I’m feeling pretty good.’

Laura then joked: “PS: I hope you like my disposable pants and no, I haven’t washed my hair in a while.”
However, in the post’s caption, she confessed that she found the postpartum period to be “the hardest part of pregnancy.”
She wrote: “Postpartum is without a doubt the hardest part of pregnancy in my opinion.” Not that I’m complaining, life is wonderful and I’m very lucky to have a healthy little girl in my arms, but it is much.
“I’d like to share with you my recovery must-haves for anyone about to give birth, and generally what I’ve learned that I need most after labor.”
“Hats off to all the moms and supportive dads out there, I actually think there should be emotional support for partners even after birth.”
Laura continued to encourage new mothers to be proud of their “perfect” postpartum bodies and to allow themselves to heal.
She said: “Anyways not my usual post but I just wanted to say what your body looks like after giving birth. All I know is that it’s perfect, that you’re recovering, and even if we don’t go back to our old selves, maybe the new us will be even better.” .
“I say this as I’m just soothing my saggy breasts in the bathtub and thanking them for feeding Bubba every day. ‘Love L&B.’

On Tuesday, Laura gave her fans a candid update on Bonnie’s nutrition journey by sharing a nude photo of her breastfeeding.
Laura kept her fans updated on her foray into motherhood, saying: “We’ve survived two weeks so far.” The Nips are currently hanging on for dear life.
Laura looked incredible as she sat completely naked in her nursing chair and breastfed her newborn daughter.
In another snap, little Bonnie looked adorable in a cream baby onesie as she dozed on her changing table.
As well as opening up about the pain her nipples endured, Laura also gave further insight into her journey as she replied to fans in the comments.
When a fan suggested that the problem might be because Bonnie suffered from a “tongue tie,” Laura spontaneously reassured her little one was fine and remarked, “Everything’s good and fine.”
Another asked why she was feeling unwell and recommended the TV star see a lactation consultant, to which Laura replied: “I had mastitis so it was still a bit tender.”
Meanwhile, another fan assured the new mother that her nipple problems would go away after four weeks, and Laura then joked that her nipples would have “fallen off” by then.

She joked, “Is that because my nipples would have fallen off?” She has such strong, I swear, greedy guts. “My breasts are twice the size of her head.”
Previously, Laura joked about the reality of her “glamorous” post-natal life after a tough labor which she previously admitted left her “a little bit” hurt.
The TV star showed off purple bruises on her forearms and in the crook of her elbow, with the injuries appearing to be caused by a cannula inserted to administer medication and the reality of childbirth.
Laura also told her followers that she was suffering from mastitis, which occurs when a milk duct in the breast becomes blocked. This leads to engorgement and inflammation of the surrounding tissue.
“Already have mastitis, um, so I’m on antibiotics,” Laura explained, before revealing more details about her contractions.
She added: “PS don’t be a hero and get an epidural. ‘Don’t wait until you’re 9cm.’
In addition to mastitis and bruised arms, Laura added that her “knuckles” (swollen ankles) had subsided, but noted that she had other symptoms after giving birth that she didn’t want to share for now.
This comes after Laura announced the arrival of her bundle of joy as she shared a heartwarming video montage on Instagram.
