Peruvian lawyer and celebrity Laura Bozzo alerted his followers by sharing a photo of his face with a bruise on his eye on Twitter, in addition to the accompanying message.
“Nowadays I wasn’t recording, not on a whim, I was having an anxiety attack, I’m suffering from depression and my blood pressure has gone down and I’ve fallen. There are many things they don’t know about me,” the text reads.
“I’m very good at defending women and very bad at defending myself. But God takes care of me,” she concludes.
Bozzo later thanked everyone who cared about his health, but regretted that the information he offered caused a “scandal.”
It’s not the first time the popular TV presenter has made such a statement, as in 2019 she expressed her solidarity with Colombian singer J Balvin, who confessed to her disorders.
“I totally understand you, from a young age I suffered from anxiety and depression, which in my case manifested itself as anorexia and panic attacks,” Bozzo told Balvin at the time.
