Lebanese Army Responds to Israeli Air Strike

On their Twitter account, the armed forces confirmed that a patrol fired on an enemy entity’s drone that was flying over national airspace.

The military institution said the crime happened on the outskirts of Hula and Wadi Hunain on the southern side of the Tel Aviv border.

This week, the Orientation Directorate also said that an Israeli army drone has crossed Lebanese territory from the city of Ramya to the city of Marwahin in the south of the country.

Israel’s violations are monitored in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force, stationed in the Nation of Cedars since 1978 to maintain peace and stability in the Southern Territory.

Speaking to the International Civil Aviation Organization last September, the interim government’s Minister of Transport and Public Works, Ali Hamie, denounced that Tel Aviv’s violations of Lebanese airspace over the past 10 years totaled more than 10,887.

At the same time, the headline dismissed Israeli rocket attacks on Syrian cities from Lebanese airspace to disrupt stability and peace in the region.

Despite being expelled from Lebanon in May 2000, Israel still occupies the land of the Shebaa farms and the Kafar Khuba hills.

Both countries have been in a war situation since the establishment of the State of Israel in occupied Palestine, and all these years many crimes and attacks remain in the memory of the Lebanese people in light of Tel Aviv’s ambitions to conquer Lebanon River water Litani and the oil and gas wealth.
