It’s my passion. I started when I was three years old. It’s been a few years now. Anxiety when I compete? Never, not even afraid. Simply the joy of driving,” were Leclerc’s first words when he entered the broadcasting studio.

The Ferrari driver was summoned by a woman, 23-year-old Eleonora, who decided to surprise her 25-year-old boyfriend, Giulio. And this therefore explains the presence of Leclerc in “You’ve got mail”. “You are great,” the Ferrari driver told him. “Mamma mia, what’s your story, we’re more or less the same age. Normally one should think of something else, I see it with my life. Decisions like these have never occurred to me. It shows what a beautiful person you are and what a beautiful couple you are,” she added.

And again: «Love is powerful. Everything you did for Eleonora in a difficult moment for both of you is incredible. I know what it’s like to be away from home because I travel a lot, but doing it for love shows how beautiful you are. I know you watch a lot of Grand Prix and make Eleonora a little mad on Sundays. I know the admiration you have for Ferrari and for me, but mine is greater for you for the values you have. I am touched by this beautiful story. You deserve all the happiness in the world. That means I came with some surprises.”

Leclerc gave him the gloves he used last season, along with an autograph on the precious memorabilia. And then: «I brought a hat and a t-shirt and I also brought a pair for Eleonora so that she can watch the Grand Prix in red. Then two more things. I know that it was one of your dreams to go to Disneyland Paris, I bought you two tickets to go together and also return tickets to go home ». Finally: «Thank you for everything», Leclerc’s last words, moved by the story of Eleonora and Giulio.
