Then we have a leisure coordinator position for you!
What that means:
- Develop a recreational offering outside of regular summer camp that promotes greater community involvement and involvement within the organization;
- Plan and implement all extracurricular activities:
- Plan the schedule and topics and link to resources.
- Manage registrations and validate requirements (ratios met, etc.).
- Prepare the activities and ensure that everything is ready and available to carry them out: reserve the premises, have the equipment, resources, etc.
- Make purchases as needed within assigned budget;
- Ensuring the quality of activities and intervening when needed/problems arise;
- Lead activities and promote exchange of skills and knowledge as required;
- Evaluate activities and adjust course of action as necessary.
- Ensuring the promotion of activities, collaboration with partners (schools, city, families, etc.);
- Complete all follow-up examinations.
- Liaise with involved resources and provide replacements as needed;
- Work closely with the Recreation Manager and other areas of activity within the organization;
What we are looking for:
- DEP or relevant technology related to the position;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Great ease in dealing with people of all ages, excellent relationship skills and empathy;
- Ability to adapt, plan and organize;
- You have a good basis for intervention;
- Initiative, creativity, autonomy and professionalism.
What we have to offerroast meat:
- An hourly rate of $23.68;
- Permanent position, full-time, 35 hours per week;
