Leticia Cazarré says her five children are not vaccinated against Covid

Letícia Cazarré, 39 years old, announced this Friday (January 12th) that her five children from her marriage to Juliano Cazarré had not been vaccinated against Covid19. The matriarch, who is four months pregnant and expecting the couple's sixth child, claimed the vaccine would allegedly not offset the health risk.

It should be emphasized that it is in line with the recommendation of the Ministry of Health, which has included the vaccine for children aged six months to five years in the National Vaccination Calendar.

The personal stylist opened a question box on her official Instagram profile and was asked by a follower about vaccinating children against the disease that caused a pandemic four years ago. “You don’t vaccinate your children? What is the reason? “I’ve been following you for a short time,” he asked.

The stylist stated that she strictly followed her heirs' vaccination records and only skipped the Covid vaccination. “I administer absolutely all vaccinations. I never gave the Covid because I don’t think it’s worth the risk to her health,” he replied.

Letícia and Juliano are parents of Vicente, 11 years old; Ignatius, ten; Kaspar, three; Maria Madalena, two; and Maria Guilhermina, from one.

The Ministry of Health announced the inclusion of the Covid19 vaccine in the National Immunization Calendar (PNI) for children aged 6 months to 5 years. According to Health Minister Nísia Trindade, the decision takes into account the increase in cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) among children in Brazil.
