Leylah Fernandez is teaming up with a toy giant

Since the beginning of her career, Laval resident Leylah Fernandez has had the habit of collaborating with big brands, and this time with one of the children’s favorite companies.

In fact, through a publication on the Instagram platform, Fernandez announced a partnership with the toy brand LEGO and posed with a Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower, built with the famous bricks of the Danish group.

“Tennis has given me so many opportunities, but my favorite part was traveling the world,” she wrote in the caption of her photo. I visit beautiful cities like New York and Paris! However, sometimes I don’t have time to enjoy my surroundings. I spent my days off building and exploring places with LEGO sets.”

In addition to LEGO, the winner of the recent Billie Jean King Cup with Canada also partnered with Ritz Canada in November. This wasn’t the first time the WTA ranked 35th player promoted a food-themed campaign, having previously done business with Subway and Mexican Avocados.

According to the trade publication Sportico, Fernandez collected $4.5 million between May 2021 and May 2022 thanks to various contracts she signed with major companies.
