The Independent League of Samba Schools (Liesa) set the new calendar for the technical rehearsals of the special group in the Sambadrome for Carnival 2024 in a plenary session on Monday afternoon.

As previously agreed, Mocidade has the right to conduct a new training session. It will be next Sunday, January 21st, with Tuiuti and Salgueiro. Portela and Tijuca, who were unable to train last Sunday due to the storm in Rio de Janeiro, will train on January 28th.
In addition, Mangueira will be present at the sound and light test on the last Sunday of rehearsals, February 4th, together with Viradouro and Imperatriz. The traditional laundry takes place the day before and afterwards Grande Rio, Vila Isabel and BeijaFlor can also use the entire sound and light system on the Avenida.
