  • According to Page Six, Lil Wayne pulled out of a performance with 50 Cent in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
  • The outlet said Wayne got out after a member of the 50’s Touring team pushed him.
  • At the same show, 50 appeared to hit a concertgoer with a microphone he threw.

50 Cent had a show to forget in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Not only did the rapper reportedly appear to hit a concertgoer with a microphone he threw, but he also missed a very special guest appearance.

According to Page Six, Lil Wayne was scheduled to join 50 on stage at the Crypto.com Arena, but the “Lollipop” star pulled the plug at the last minute after getting into an altercation with 50’s staff.

According to Page Six, insiders reported that while Wayne was preparing to go on stage, he was seemingly “pushed” out of the way by a member of the backstage tour staff.

According to Page Six, Wayne was upset by the interaction and left without an appearance.

“He just stormed out,” a backstage source told Page Six. “He was in the building for about 20 minutes total.”

Representatives for 50 Cent and Lil Wayne did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Despite Lil Wayne’s no-show, 50 was joined on stage by several other stars, including Nas, YG and Chris Brown, according to XXL.

However, it was an incident involving a microphone that made headlines on the show.

Videos circulating on social media showed 50 people hurling what appeared to be a broken microphone at a group of people at the edge of the stage.

TMZ reported Thursday that the microphone hit Power 106 radio host Bryhana Monegain.

In photos obtained by the outlet, Monegain was seen with a nasty cut in the middle of her forehead.

Videos shared by TMZ also show Monegain being taken to the hospital in an ambulance with his head bandaged.

According to TMZ, Monegain filed a police report Wednesday night, citing assault.

The Los Angeles Police Department did not respond to a request for comment.

50’s lawyer appeared to confirm to TMZ on Thursday that the rapper threw the microphone, but denied that he intended to hurt anyone.

“Let’s be clear: As I told the LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis (aka 50 Cent) would never intentionally hit anyone with a microphone,” Scott Leemon told the outlet. “Anyone who says otherwise doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed.”
