Lionel Messi vs. Cristiano Ronaldo has been a decades-long debate for many fans, and those comparisons have ventured into unexpected territory after the Inter-Miami star’s press conference last week.
Speaking to local media in Miami ahead of the club’s League Cup win over Nashville, Messi held up his new club’s shirt before the start of the press conference.
And fans loved the No.10’s ability to quickly fold the jersey back together in just two steps.
Of course, as with the rest of his career, Messi’s folding skills have been compared to Ronaldo’s, with one fan hilariously pulling out a video of the striker’s unveiling at Juventus in 2018.

In the clip, the Portuguese star can be seen taking much longer than his rival to fold the old lady’s shirt.
Ronaldo, now at Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, had a strong first season at Juventus, scoring 21 league goals and guiding the club to the Serie A title.
Messi led Miami to their first trophy on Saturday night as the club beat Nashville 10-9 on penalties to lift the League Cup.

The Argentine opened the scoring in the 23rd minute with a powerful shot from the top 90 before converting his penalty in the shootout.
Messi has already scored 10 goals in seven appearances for Miami and his club – still bottom of the MLS – have not lost any of those games.
Messi will look to bring Miami another trophy closer on Wednesday when his side take on Cincinnati in the US Open Cup semi-finals.
And he will make his MLS debut on Saturday when his side visit the New York Red Bulls.
