Amid the uncertainty surrounding his football career as everything indicates he will not join Paris Saint-German (PSG) and potentially return to FC Barcelona, Lionel Messi get bad news. International media revealed that the home of the world champions with the Argentine team in Castelldefels, Barcelona suffered an attempted robbery in the early hours of this Thursday, April 6th.
The information was released by journalist Carlos Quílez from Spanish broadcaster Antena 3. Two people reportedly entered the PSG striker’s home at dawn. The criminals entered the house through the garden where they loitered and escaped just before the police arrived.
In addition, they revealed that the event happened at exactly 2:23 a.m. and that they attempted to break down the doors and windows to gain access to the “flea” home. Unable to enter, they decided to jump the fence they entered through. Unfortunately, the police could not arrest them and are currently investigating the case as the surveillance cameras captured the exact moment these two criminals broke in.
Where will Lionel Messi play next season?
Everything seems to indicate that Lionel Messi will turn things around Barcelona FC. After two seasons at PSG, the French media indicate that the “flea” will not stay in the Paris team because he does not like the sports project they initiated, in addition to the fact that they plan to cut his salary. Amidst these rumours, Al Hilal’s €400m-a-year offer surfaced but Rosario would have turned it down to continue in Europe.
