List of 2023 Sovereign Awards Winners
Santiago Matias (Alofoke) and Dotol Nastra opened the list of winners of the 2023 Sovereign Awards Gala, which corresponds to the year 2022. Both figures were awarded in the categories Sovereign of the Public 2021 and 2022 respectively.
Meanwhile, Alicia Ortega and Luis Segura were the great sovereigns of 2021 and 2022, respectively, during the award ceremony of the Association of Art Chroniclers (Acroarte) and the Cervecería Nacional Dominicana (CND) that took place last night in the Carlos Piantini Hall of the Teatro National.
Another winner at today’s gala was Iván Ruiz, when he won the sovereign statuette in the TV program category for “El Show del Mediodía”.
The artist Juan Luis Guerra also stood out as an outstanding artist abroad. While the bachatero Raulín Rodríguez received a Sovereign of Merit for his artistic career.
It is worth mentioning that more than 20 categories were not mentioned during the gala.
