The Israeli attacks in Gaza continue. The Israeli army attacked “more than 600” targets in Gaza between Sunday and Monday. Benjamin Netanyahu, who has ruled out any ceasefire, said the army was “progressing methodically” in the territory.
8,306 people were killed in Gaza. According to Hamas’ latest report, 8,306 people, including 3,457 children, have been killed in the Gaza Strip since October 7. On the Israeli side there are more than 1,400 dead. The government announced the death of Shani Louk, a 23-year-old German-Israeli woman who was kidnapped during a rave party in the desert.
Soldier released by IDF. The Israeli army said it had released a soldier held hostage in Gaza, a first since the start of the war. Following the publication of a video of three women presented as hostages by Hamas, in which one of them calls on Benjamin Netanyahu to complete a prisoner exchange, the latter denounced “cruel psychological propaganda.”
“Guaranteed to fail”. The current system of aid to the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing is “doomed to fail,” the UN said. The US believes it is possible to bring “100 trucks a day” of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip “in the coming days.”
“External interference”. After the attack on an airport in Dagestan on Sunday, Russia blamed Ukraine and Western secret services. Accusations were described as “absurd” by Washington and rejected by Kiev.
More anti-Semitic acts in France. Since October 7, 819 anti-Semitic acts have been registered in the area, Gérald Darmanin announced. The Interior Minister also reported 414 arrests.
