US Congress passes $40 billion package for Ukraine

The US House of Representatives on Tuesday approved a staggering nearly $40 billion for the Ukraine crisis after Joe Biden expressed his unwavering support for Kyiv. The text, which elected representatives of both sides will vote on in the evening, contains an economic and humanitarian component, but also weapons and ammunition. It now has to be voted on in the Senate before it can be enacted by the US President.

US intelligence believes Putin has no intention of stopping in Donbass

Vladimir Putin does not want to limit his will to occupy the Donbass region of Ukraine alone, but wants to take the conflict to Transnistria, a region of Moldova that split off in 1990, said the head of the US secret service, April Haines, on Tuesday.
