Since beginning his career, Fleury has a record of 11-6-3 (2 shutouts) at the Bell Center.
On offense, Alex Newhook finds himself in the center of the second line alongside Juraj Slafkovsky and Josh Anderson in the absence of Kirby Dach. Rafael Harvey-Pinard, meanwhile, replaces Anderson on the right flank of the front row with Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield.
Dach’s injury gives Michael Pezzetta the opportunity to play his first game this season. The sturdy striker plays left wing on the fourth line alongside Jake Evans and Jesse Ylönen.
The Wild, for their part, are playing this game with just 17 skaters. Winger Matt Boldy, who was injured Saturday against the Maple Leafs in Toronto, will be out for several weeks. On the blue line, defender Alex Goligoski suffered an injury during his team’s training session in Montreal on Monday.
