“Lizzo intends to file a malicious lawsuit if she wins her case and these flimsy complaints are dismissed,” the outlet’s attorney said, revealing photos of the dancers “happily enjoying themselves backstage after a cabaret show.”
Dancers Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez previously filed a complaint against the singer, whose real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson. They claimed they were pressured into touching naked performers at a strip club in Amsterdam during a tour. Lizzo’s attorney used pictures of happy Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez in defense.
“These pictures, which show the three enthusiastic complainants behind the scenes of the topless show, were taken after their visit to the banana bar in Amsterdam in February 2023, which they complain about in their allegations. “A few weeks after the Crazy Horse visit seen in the footage, the three plaintiffs took a break and decided to return to the third leg of Lizzo’s tour,” said Marty Singer. “These compelling photos and videos, along with other substantive evidence, show the glaring contradictions between what the plaintiffs allege in their sham lawsuit and what is actually proven by the facts.” This trial is a sham. »
He also noted that one of the dancers praised Lizzo during her audition for “Watch Out for the Big Grrrls,” saying, “I look up to her so much and I just want to follow in her footsteps.”
