Verbal arguments, or what we now more commonly refer to as “roasting,” always represent very interesting situations to listen to and analyze.
It's always nice to hear two people or two teams send well-constructed insults to each other.
It always puts a little smile on my face when it's good and delivered well.
I also find it even more interesting when these insults or slanders are about sports, because it enrages and angers an entire fan base.
I especially love the Toronto Maple Leafs roasts because you can never get enough of them and they are very easy to make.
However, I still enjoy them when they involve other teams.
Last night it was the Vancouver Canucks who got a good roast, while Logan Paul didn't hesitate to humiliate them.
He told the entire Vancouver audience that the chances that Quebec wrestler Kevin Owens would beat him in the finals of the 2024 Royal Rumble were as good as the chances that the Canucks would one day win the Stanley Cup.
“That will never happen.” –Logan Paul
“If you beat me for the US title, it's like the Canucks winning the Stanley Cup… that'll never happen!” 😅

That's a very good roast from Logan Paul, especially considering he pulled it off last night right after Kevin Owens' win in the first match of the SmackDown event in front of a Vancouver crowd.
The crowd reacted violently as we heard several boos even before Logan Paul uttered the key line of his “roast,” namely that there will never be a Stanley Cup in Vancouver.
She knew full well what was coming considering the Canucks don't have a Stanley Cup to their name and haven't come close to winning one since 2011.
This is probably the first season since 2011 that the Canucks have been a really good team in the NHL, and let's just say it's a surprise this season.
So I don't know if Logan Paul is a hockey fan and if he follows it, but he didn't pick the best year to say given the Canucks' comeback.
The fact is that Vancouver is still very far away from a potential Stanley Cup.
Anyway, let's first see if Kevin Owens will be able to beat Logan Paul in his fight.

– Not crazy.
The Habs are a little thin in the middle with Dvorak out.
Ryan Suzuki plays center but stays behind Aho-KK-Staal.
Hurricanes need a goalie.
