While she’s never shared her thoughts on cosmetic enhancements, Emily has been open about her health and fitness journey.
She told Who magazine in 2019 that she got into the best shape of her life by eliminating sugar and alcohol and incorporating strength training into her fitness regimen.

“I think I haven’t slept properly in 25 years and now I appreciate it. I’ve really changed a lot of things that I do, and anyway it’s all the really simple things that people tell you what to do,” she told the publication.
