Lollapalooza has already started everything this Friday (24th) in São Paulo. Over several years of the festival, the production had to move mountains to meet the demands of the national and international stars performing at the event. However, it seems that some artists in this edition weren’t so keen on the farfetched requests.
According to the newspaper O Globo, those responsible for the dressing rooms reported that Billie Eilish decided not to offer food service and would rather bring her own chef who specializes in vegan food. In addition, the voice of “evil” also prohibited the use of elements of animal origin in his personal space.
Lil Nas X, on the other hand, needed a “helping hand” to take care of the various accessories he brought with him on his journey. According to the vehicle, the star arrived with dozens of suitcases full of props and extravagant costumes and ended up having to hire more assistants to help the singer and his dancers.
In the meantime, Drake has made some more challenging requests to the festival staff. In addition to furniture “in light tones”, the Canadian demanded a TV in order not to miss the American championship basketball matches. He’s such a fan of the sport that he travels with a device that tunes in to US channels on TV.
Finally, those responsible also reported great concern for the environment, as most of the singers avoided using plastic bottles and preferred packaging made of glass, tin or cardboard. The artists also called for recycling bins to be made available on site.
The 10th edition of Lollapalooza Brasil takes place at the Interlagos Circuit and ends on Sunday (26th). Major attractions include Billie Eilish, Tame Impala, Twenty One Pilots, Lil Nas X, Drake and Rosalía.
