Lose 50 pounds by eating McDonalds for 100 days

Only McDonald’s for 100 days! For breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s the pretty specific diet that one ex-wrestler puts on himself that seems to be working.

Kevin Maginnis wants to lose 50 pounds (22.7 kg) by eating only McDonald’s for the next 89 days. He has been on this special diet since February 21st.

The Tennessee-American documents his adventure on TikTok for the 26,000 subscribers who follow him. He went from 238 lbs (108 kg) to 225 lbs (102 kg) in 11 days.

The 56-year-old reveals what he eats on day 10 of his McDonald’s “Challenge” night, which is a crispy McCord with bacon ranch dressing, fries and a small cream cake.

“I appreciate all of your comments, the positive, the negative, the ones that support me, even the ones that tell me I’ll die if I do this to myself. I will prove people wrong. I’m excited about this adventure, about these 100 days,” explains Mr. Maginnis with a smile on TikTok.

The 50-year-old is convinced he can lose weight with burgers, fries and McMuffins.

“I believe that by reducing the food I put my body will respond well and burn my excess fat. My cholesterol, my triglycerides, everything will improve. If you don’t believe me, follow me,” says Mr Maginnis
