The prize pool for Tuesday September 27th is approximately $103 million, which translates to a jackpot of $70 million and approximately 33 maxmillions.
Two Maxmillions (worth $1 million each) were won in Friday’s drawing thanks to selections in Quebec.
“Quebecians were particularly fortunate last year when we gave away $1.5 billion in prizes to lottery winners, an all-time high for Loto-Quebec.
In fact, a Montérégie resident won a $70 million jackpot last June thanks to Lotto Max,” said Isabelle Jean, Lotteries executive vice-president and chief operating officer.
Since its launch, Lotto Max has enabled Quebecers to win more than $3,199 million.
A total of 39 jackpots have been won in Quebec so far, including three of $70 million, the biggest jackpots ever won in Quebec.
In addition to these historic jackpots, 189 Maxmillions, each worth $1 million, and 130 Maxmillions Pars were won in the province.
