Love Is Blind character Abhishek ‘Shake’ Chatterjee took to Instagram on Monday to criticize show host Nick Laci after a confrontation in the reunion show’s second season regarding his career as a veterinarian.
In a post that was later removed from the site, Chatterjee, 33, wrote: “Wrapping up the reunion in a photo. You included a doctor in the show… of course you should have seen some critical thinking.
“By the way, @nicklachey, you are a huge asshole that your comment is sucking on veterans. You do understand that becoming a veterinarian is much more difficult than becoming a human doctor, right?

In the photo accompanying the post, Shake argues with Lachey, 48, who said his veterinary career was the result of not understanding how to treat people. In the image, Shane Jansen, Kyle Abrams, and Salvador Perez from the show looked confused at the exchange.
Chatterjee said in an Instagram Stories post that the post aimed at Lasha “has been removed,” adding, “Censoring heavily?”
Subsequently, Chatterjee said that the only person he felt attracted to on the show was Lachey’s wife Vanessa Lachey, 41.
Chatterjee took to Instagram on Monday to talk about his impressions of his career.
Chatterjee said at Friday’s reunion: “We all have our physical preferences. Look, every woman here is beautiful. I think you are all wonderful. I’m not attracted to all of you. Unfortunately, the only one I’m attracted to is Vanessa and I wish it wasn’t! I wish I wasn’t. The thing is, it’s not a choice. You don’t choose. It’s nature, baby. We are animals.
Then Nick said: “No, you treat animals – we are people – there is a big difference.”
Chatterjee has faced criticism for focusing too much on looks, as the show aims to run matches without contestants seeing each other.
“Love isn’t just blind to me,” Chatterjee said in the reunion episode. “I want him to be partially blind. I want it to be: “Love is blurred”, okay?
Chatterjee also faced criticism on the show for saying he was not attracted to ex-fiancee Deepti Vempati, 31, who ended the relationship at the altar before the vows were exchanged.

Chatterjee told People last week that he was “the happiest” as he focused on helping himself.
“When you’re prioritizing for yourself – I think that’s the best relationship advice I could give someone, honestly,” he said. “When I started focusing on my goals, on what I want in life, on my mission, everything else just fell into place … and it became attractive. Now I’m in good shape, no matter how it looks.”
