While the show previously featured a “Share or Steal” segment for the finale, that likely won’t be seen again this year.
Most of the show’s winners have each received an envelope, one with £0 and one with £50,000 written on it – with the contestant holding the letter being given the choice to keep it all for themselves or share it with their partner.
But during the summer 2022 edition of the show, winners Ekin-Su and Davide weren’t given that option as the money was split automatically.
While the segment hasn’t been confirmed to be scrapped, it’s likely ITV decided it was no longer relevant – as each winner previously split the money.
