‘I’ll just go to the next one!’: Love Island’s Davide Sanclimenti shares his brazen denial tactics … but reveals he’s genuinely hoping to settle down
He is one of 11 singletons heading to the Love Island mansion on Monday for the start of the new season.
And Davide Sanclimenti has revealed his cutthroat rejection technique, noting that he would just “move on to the next one”.
But despite his quick ability to move on, the business owner is hoping to meet someone to settle down at the villa with and shares that he would love to have children.

Davide, who hails from Rome, Italy but lives in Manchester, has stated he’s not nervous about the show, describing himself as “very relaxed”.
“I’m relaxed, I’m very confident. I’m not afraid of anything that might happen at the villa,” he explained.
Next: “If I get rejected, I’ll just move on to the next one!”
But despite his nonchalant approach, Davide is hoping to find “the one” as the self-proclaimed “Italian stud” says he would “love to” settle down.

Explain: “I am 27 years old. I take my goals seriously. If I find someone I like, I would like to settle down and have children. Not immediately! I want to get married, four or five years at the most.”
The hunk, who has previously had serious relationships, also revealed that he has “never cheated” and is very serious about dating anyone.
“When I’m with someone, I’m very serious. One relationship lasted three and a half years, another almost two years. When I date someone, I’m sure of the person I’m dating,” he explained.
Walking onto the show, Davide admitted he “doesn’t have a type” and is looking for someone who is “ambitious” and “family-oriented.”

He shared: “My guy is ambitious and hectic in life, like me. Someone who is family oriented, someone who is loyal. Someone who has eyes only for me. I don’t really have a type like brunette and blonde.
“Fit girl, good looking, beautiful eyes. As soon as I like it, the body is the first filter. After that, of course, something else has to come. Nice body, nice face, without a mind it means nothing.’
Davide will take on new boys Dami, Liam, Ikenna, Andrew and Luca for the girls’ hearts on day one – but could be thrown into an odd pair as the public now has the power to choose who is in the first episode pairs .
Not your ordinary guy: Walking on the show, Davide admitted he “doesn’t have a guy” and is looking for someone who is “ambitious” and “family-oriented”.
The show’s voice, Iain Stirling, announced the news during an appearance at Lorraine on Friday, explaining: “This year, for the first time ever, we want you to play Cupid at home and you’ll have a say in which boy pairs with which Girl.
“All you have to do is go straight to the Love Island app and decide who you want to match with who.
